Welcome to the  website for the Colorado River Ostomy Chapter, aka CROC.

Mohave County, Needles, CA and Laughlin, NV residents:        During this tough time of Covid 19 challenges, if you have a financial hardship including loss of insurance and have a need for ostomy supplies, please email us through the contact page.

There are donated ostomy supplies that are no longer needed from other ostomates. Available are limited products from Hollister, Coloplast and ConvaTec. Send info of what products and size you usually use. You will receive a response as to products available that might work for you.

Starting August 2020 , we will once again meet the second Monday of each month from 1pm-3pm. See the note below.

Come and join us, see the meeting page for more information!

Upcoming Meeting Topics:

June and July Meetings– currently we are unable to meet at Joshua Springs Senior Living. We will not meet for June or July. Please use the contact page to email us with concerns, issues, or greetings. If you are active in CROC, please keep up with one another until we meet again.

Due to Covid 19 and the risk to the seniors living at Joshua Springs Senior Living from visitors to their building, CROC has temporarily obtained a meeting place starting on August 10th from 1-3 pm. The location will be at the Western Arizona Regional Medical Center’s (WARMC) education room. (Yes, it may be familiar as we met there in the past). The education room is across the street from the front lobby entrance of the hospital. There is a small parking lot in front of this building. Enter on the right side of the building, go down the short hall and the entrance to the room has been off the small back patio. The room has been remodeled since we last met there. Hope to see you in August.

Please do contact us if you have any concerns with all things ostomy.

“I am a new ostomy patient of four months. I could not find a group before surgery. I have been to two meetings. I have learned so much from the group.”
